Oooops, we've been so busy that we have forgotten to tell you about our success at this years' Taste of the West awards......we entered three products and have three awards, GOLD for our delicious Wild Venison Pokers, GOLD for our Bresaola and HC for our Spicy Star Anise Salami.

Delighted with the success of our products and evidence that our commitment to quality is still being maintained.
