Postage & Packing terms and prices quoted are for delivery to addresses on the UK Mainland only. For deliveries to the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland these will be sent by Royal Mail, anywhere else in the world please contact us.
To improve our efficiency and keep our costs and prices down we have changed our shipping days. All orders recieved before 8am Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, (we no longer prepare any orders on a Wednesday), we aim to despatch on that same day, they will be sent on a next working day delivery service which will require a signature - please ensure someone will be available to receive your order. During busy times, or bank holidays. this may take a day longer. The Royal Mail sevice to The Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland will take 4-5 working days
Please note we can make Saturday deliveries by special request but they will be subject to an additional charge and we need 3 working days notice to implement this, please contact us for details.
If there is a delay for any reason with your order we will email you to discuss.
